Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training

We deliver certified Mental Health First Aid courses that equip employees and managers to recognise early signs of mental ill-health, respond with confidence, and guide colleagues toward appropriate support. Available in German and English, on-site and online.

Manager and leader enablement

Managers are the single most important influence on team wellbeing. We train people leaders to have better conversations, spot warning signs, manage boundaries, and model healthy behaviours — without becoming therapists.

Psychological safety programmes

Psychological safety is the belief that one can speak up, admit mistakes, and ask for help without punishment. We assess current team dynamics, design targeted interventions, and train leaders to build cultures of trust and candour.

Stigma reduction and awareness campaigns

Lasting culture change requires more than training. We design internal communication campaigns, peer-support structures, and ambassador programmes that normalise mental health conversations and make support visible and accessible.

Crisis response and EAP integration

When acute situations arise, speed and compassion matter. We help organisations design clear escalation pathways, integrate with Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs), and build post-crisis recovery protocols that protect both the individual and the team.
